Beauty Product Development Agent

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the beauty world
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts
- Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Create and maintain product specifications and documentation
- Conduct testing and analysis to validate product performance and quality
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers
- Assist in purchasing and inventory control
- Stay updated on beauty industry advancements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Beauty trend on social media knowledge is a plus!
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams / Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is a plus!
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers for optimal product outcomes
- Depending on rotation, domestic/international travel may required
