업무 내용
• (영업관리) 인보이스 발행, 영업관리, 물류와 협업
• (영업) 고객사 방문영업, 고객사 대응, 영업 목표치 달성, 채권 회수 관리
• (구매) 공급사 대응, 구매 오더 실행, 후속 업무 팔로업
• (마케팅) 전략적 마케팅 방안 수립 및 실행, 데이터 분석 미 팔로업
• (AR/AP) AR/AP Status 관리 및 퀵북 장부 관리
• (재무) Quickbooks 활용을 통한 회계 장부 작성 및 관리. 롯데그룹 기준에 맞는 월/분기/연결산 수행
• (전 포지션 공통) 기재 사항 외 회사가 부여하는 업무 수행
필수사항 및 우대사항
• 포지션에 관련한 학사 학위 소지자 우대
• 문서 작성 및 소통에 문제 없는 영어 한국어 구사 능력 필수
• MS office (MS excel in particular) 활용 능력 필수
• Quickbooks 사용 능통자 우대
• 조직 내 협업과 건강한 조직문화에 기여 필수
• (영업관리) 무역업무 경험자 우대
• (재무) U.S. GAAP 기초 이해도 보유 필수

Position Title: Multiple Position Full-time ( Entry ~ 5 years of related experience)
(Sales Representative, Office Admin, Purchase, Marketing AR/AP Manage, Accounting)

Roles & Responsibilities
• (Admin) Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders
• (Sales) Develop, maintain, and network business and customer relationships
• (Sales) Effectively arrange price schedules for quotes, promotions, and business negotiations
• (Sales) Effectively answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
• (Sales) Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients
• (Sales) Fulfill all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing sales goals for all accounts
• (Purchase) Effectively negotiate with supplier, arrange purchase order, and follow up the process
• (Marketing)Effectively arrange marketing plan, follow up and analyze marketing data
• (AR/AP)Manage AR/AP status and update QuickBooks
• (Accounting) Manage and prepare Company’s Financial Statement with appropriate accounting principal using QuickBooks.
• (Accounting) Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Closing following Lotte Global Accounting standard.
• (All Position) Other assigned duties
Requirements (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Experience in Marketing, Sales, Accounting or relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Korean
• Knowledge and experience with Quick Book software and MS office (MS excel in particular)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and networking skills
• Exceptional understanding of sales performance metrics
• Proactive and passionate learner with collaboration and team-building skills
• Import/Export experience. (무역업무 경험자 우대)
• Basic Knowledge of U.S. GAAP or IFRS for Accounting position
