■ Job Position: Production Supervisor (3rd shift - Sanitation)
Sign-on bonus will be offered for this position
Job Summary:
CJ Foods Manufacturing Corporation is looking for a Production Supervisor (3rd shift – Sanitation) to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. May be required to rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift annually.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and carry out production processes according to schedule
• Direct setup and adjustment of production machines
• Ensure “lock out/tag out” procedures are completed
• Perform safety trainings for sanitizing
• Check for any irregularities during sanitization process
• Ensure the disassembling and assembling of machine parts are carried out correctly
• Reinforce company policies, safety regulations, and provide a safe working environment for all employees
• Collaborate with Safety Dept. to ensure safety training & protocols are followed by the production staff
• Set up production machines to be ready for production the next day
• Monitor raw material and packaging inventories, ordering and receiving materials as needed
• Complete daily productivity reports and report daily loss
• Perform 5-minute Smart Meetings/Trainings
• Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Production Support teams to ensure smooth operations
• Transition duties and responsibilities to next shift supervisor daily
• Assist Production Manager in maintaining productivity, maintenance schedules, and department budgets
• Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in a food manufacturing setting
• 2+ years of supervisory experience on a production line
• Training and/or certifications in food & beverage manufacturing (GMP, HACCP, CPIM, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel and MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Able to rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts annually
• Bilingual English/Korean required
■ Job Position: Production Support Coordinator
Job Summary:
CJ Foods Manufacturing Corporation is looking for a Production Support Coordinator in the Assembly department to ensure the accuracy of the inventory, as well as providing support to the Production team to execute sophisticated production.
Responsibilities:
• Order and manage delivery schedule
• Process invoices (Vendor PO & ISTO)
• Control raw and packing inventory rate, as well as inventory turnover rate
• Process daily production input and create report
• Create monthly inventory report
• Create weekly warehouse inventory report
• Create and review monthly inventory adjustment
• Request for Annie Chun product samples
• Process sample invoices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous food manufacturing experiences are highly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• SAP or any ERP system experiences required

• 고등학교 졸업 이상 혹은 해당 경력 소지자
• 식품 제조업체 혹은 관련 분야 경력 소지자 우대
• CMRP(Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) 우대
