Job description & qualification:

 

•  Entry Level Mortgage Loan Opening Specialist

          Minimum Qualifications:

            o No experience required

            o ​​Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced work environment

            o ​Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skill

            o ​Moderate computer and software skills; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

 

•  Entry Level Office Administrator

          ​ ​Minimum Qualifications:

            o ​No experience required

            o ​​Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced work environment

            o ​​Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skill

            o ​Moderate computer and software skills; MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

 

•  Bookkeeper​

          ​Job Description:

            o ​​​Manage A/P, A/R, Payroll, and other financial activities​

            o ​​​Basic HR activities ​​​

            o ​​​Maintain the general ledger 

            o ​​​Review financial information for accuracy and consistency​​​​

 

          ​ ​Minimum Qualifications:

            o ​​​​​​Experience of 1+ years in accounting

            o ​​​​​​Knowledge of standard Accounting and Financial practices​

            o ​​​​​​Ability to multi-task under time constraints

            o Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skill

            o Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite.

 

•  Underwriting Assistant

          ​ ​​​​Job Description:

            o ​Assist underwriter

            o ​Reviews mortgage application and documentation to ensure accuracy

          ​ ​​​​​​​Minimum Qualifications:

            o ​​Experience of 2+ years in residential mortgage processing

            o ​​Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments while delivering quality work product

 

•  Experience Underwriter

          ​ ​​​​​​​Minimum Qualifications:

            o ​​​Experience of 2+ years in residential mortgage underwriting

            o ​​​Working knowledge of Encompass preferred

            o ​​​​Understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines

 

•  Experienced Loan Documentation Specialist

          ​ ​​​​​​​Minimum Qualifications: 

            o ​​​​​​One or more total years of experience in role(s) related to reviewing mortgage loan files and/or documents

            o ​​​​​​Organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required

 

•  Experienced Quality Control Officer

          ​ ​​​​Job Description: 

            o ​​​​​​​Assisting all departments to assure the quality and risk control of work flow.

            o ​​​​​​​Ensures compliance with established company policies and procedures; Monitoring and responsible for

                compliance with state and federal regulations and laws

          ​ ​​​​​​​Minimum Qualifications: 

            o ​​​​​​​​Work related experience and/or training must consist of an in-depth background in loan operations

            o ​​​​​​​​Action oriented; Ability to adapt to change and implement quickly based on overall direction and needs of 

                the department and company

 

•  Experienced Web Developer/Designer

          ​ ​​​​Job Description: 

            o ​​​​​​​​​Participate in software testing, troubleshooting, and development

            o ​​​​​​​​​​​​Design and create effective online assets to drive messaging to prospective customers and existing customers

            o ​​​​​​​​​​​​Assisting in conceptualizing and designing internal marketing materials

          ​ ​​​​​​​Minimum Qualifications: 

            o ​​​​​​​​​​Applicants must submit a portfolio including past web designs, promotional materials, info-graphics,  and/or

            o ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Ideal applicants closely follow trends and developments in technology and integrate them into our

•  Operation Manager

          ​ ​​​​Job Description: 

            o ​​Overall work-flow supervision and policy implementation

            o ​Reviews mortgage application and documentation to ensure accuracy

          ​ ​​​​​​​Minimum Qualifications: 

            o ​​​​​Experience of 10+ years in mortgage industry

            o ​​​Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous task/projects at hand

            o ​​​​​Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationship

            o ​​​Ability to drive initiatives and accept accountability for leading teams, projects and quality of deliverable.
