Essential Duties and Responsibilities (업무범위) include the following but not limited to:
[MAIN] Able to handle freight forwarding operations with document processing capabilities:
• Ocean Freight: Inbound/Outbound (해상 수출입)
• Air Freight: Inbound/Outbound (항공 수출입)
• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments on a daily basis.
• Working/communicating with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers through e-mails and phone calls in both Korean and English
Qualification (자격조건) :
- Related Experience: more than 7 years.
- Must be Bilingual in Korean and English (Verbal & Written)
- Hands on experience in processing related documents
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Experience in using some form of FMS program
- Legally eligible to work in U.S.
- (Preference) Experience in NVOCC licensed company for more than 3 years
