Project Manager / Superintendent / Project Coordinator, Paramount

Hiring:
We are looking to fill multiple positions to assist our project management team. Applicants should be well organized, reliable, dependable, adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under high-stress levels.

Superintendent
As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily construction activities at several job sites. You will be responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with various construction projects
• Ability to handle multiple small to mid-sized projects at one time
• Experience with RFI’s, Specifications, Shop drawings review
• Strong understanding of project delivery, time management, and how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal procurement rules and regulations is necessary
• Good communication and writing skills are essential
• Bilingual preferred


Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, specifications, and construction of various projects throughout Southern California.

Job Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience with various TI construction projects (commercial, university, hospital, etc.)
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal procurement rules and regulations is necessary
• Strong understanding of project delivery, time management, and how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions
• Ability to develop schedules and handle multiple small to mid-sized projects at one time
• Experience with RFI’s, bid schedules, specifications, shop drawings review, negotiating purchase orders and contract proposals is required
• Individuals will have experience interfacing with contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and medical professionals
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project
• Good communication, writing, and computer skills are essential
• Minimum BA/BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
• Public works and JOC experience are preferred
• Bilingual preferred

Project Coordinator (Entry Level)
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum AA/AS degree or 0-2 years of experience with various construction projects
• Ability to handle multiple small to mid-sized projects at one time
• Ability to coordinate meetings between design, construction, and client teams
• Good communication, writing, and computer skills are essential
• Proficiency in MS Office and Architectural / medical procurement software is a plus
• Ideal candidates will understand the importance of project delivery and time management as well as how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions
