Answer incoming inquiries and process orders

Must be able to attend domestic trade shows (travel on the weekends)

Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel

1 year of relevant experience – preferred

E-commerce Associate

E-commerce order process & follow up

Assist in updating and maintaining marketplace platforms with merchandise listings

Provide customer service and handle inquiries

Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish preferred

Proficient with MS Office

Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritize and handle multitasks

No experience is needed, but experience in the fashion industry is plus
