NJC Logistics Inc. is a fast growing logistics service provider.
We are looking for full time 3PL coordinator and Part time admin to provide customer services and analytical support regarding Inland Transportation and Warehouse Inventory.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Bi-lingual (Korean/English)
• Must be able to legally work in the US
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, know when to escalate and seek assistance
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, know when to escalate and seek assistance
• Prefer 1-4 yrs. of experience in logistics industry (Full Time) & Entry Level (Part Time)
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop pricing proposals for truck transportation services.
• Negotiate truck transportation with customers and carriers.
• Follow up and report transportation status
• Analyze profit and loss and cost management based on AR/AP
• Create and maintain professional relationships with customers and carriers
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports both for internal and external use.
