Pre-production assistant
Duties/Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of  Production Process.
- Strong communication skills with buyers and sales (fluent in English is a must)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in past paced environment.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Follow up with buyer's requests and  Sales Team.
- Able to legally work in the US


E-commerce (AMAZON) sales
Duties:
- Update new and existing listings and optimize them according to company’s sales and marketing
strategies
- Optimize new and existing Amazon Listings: pictures, keyword, title, bullet points, A+ EBC, other
backend details, product deions, etc.
- Update Brand store
- Manage FBA inventories
- Resolve stranded inventory/FBA Shipment
- Customer Service/Account Health/Seller Feedback

Requirements:
- At least 2 years work experience on Amazon Seller Central
- Perform basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Able to legally work in the US


IN house SALES
Duties/Requirements:
- Knowledge in TOYS (plush toys) is a plus
- Determines monthly and annual sales plan by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for all territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings/ trade shows.
- Will need to travel for meetings/ trade shows.
- Must be able to communicate and transfer data to corresponding team
- Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced work ethic/environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintaining great relationships with buyers/customers
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Product Designer/ Graphic Designer
Duties:
- New Product Plush Toy Design
- Need to know current trends on plush toys and other designs
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
- Website Graphics
- Other internal operations
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Communicate with Lead Designer & Marketing Manager effectively regarding status of work and voice any problems that arise.
- Able to work in a team and independently.

Requirements:
- 2+ Years of relevant experience in graphic Design
- BFA in Graphic Arts/ Digital Media/Graphic Design preferred
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
- Experience with photo and video editing
- Experience with Branding (a plus)
- Strong Communication Skills Online & Offline (Korean Language a plus)
