[Position Overview]

The Sales Support Associate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth account management and execution across our

expanding retail network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating across teams, and contributing directly to business growth.

This is primarily an in-office position based in Torrance, CA, with occasional local travel for store visits and client meetings.

[Key Responsibilities]

• Support day-to-day management of B2B retail accounts

• Follow up on orders, inventory, billing, and client requests

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams

• Assist in improving product placement and sales performance

• Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts

• Track data, prepare reports, and maintain CRM systems

• Conduct occasional local store visits to monitor in-store execution

[Qualifications]

• 0–2 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome)

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Comfortable balancing office work and occasional field visits Preferred:

• Bilingual in English + Chinese or Korean

• Experience with Excel, ERP, or CRM systems

• Interest in the beauty / cosmetics industry

[Compensation]

Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000
