Job Duties:

Review, verify and enter invoices

Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments

Process employees expense reimbursement

Reconcile bank accounts

Perform account reconciliation for credit card transactions

Job Duties:

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Perform human Resources related tasks

Generate memos, email, and reports when appropriate

Answer incoming calls for our executive officer and assume other secretarial duties when needed

Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies

Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

Manage and maintain various types of company asset, including copy machines and fax machines.

Record payroll data in our software system and verity all amounts prior to reporting to management
