Rapidly growing Hair Extension and Wig distributer in Santa Fe Springs is seeking for energetic and passionate candidate to join our team.

 Operations Assistant

Primary Duties but not limited to:
• Sales order entry, pick tickets, inventory adjustments, product stock receipt, shipment creation, due date adjustments, invoicing, and miscellaneous data entry in ERP system
• Ensure and manage all sales orders are entered correctly have adequate inventory prior to order start ship date
• Assist and support sales team with inquiries
• Communicate and coordinate with shipping department regarding shipping status
• Customer service and process orders by phone.

 Requirements:

• Experience in beauty industry is preferred but not necessary
• Must be bilingual (Korean/English) Fluent English a must
• Computer savvy and proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Responsible, reliable and punctual
• Good with people, sales or customer service skills
• Willing to go beyond and plan strategies together
• Works independently as well as team spirited
• Must be eligible to work in the US
